CENTRAL CITY – Bobby Don Millard, 90, of Central City, died Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 3:30 a.m. at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Born April 24, 1935 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church and worked as a Line Man, Coal Miner, and a Logger. He was an outstanding athlete, signed with the Chicago Cubs Semi-Pro, was a senior on the Central City High School Team that went 35-0, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Millard; and parents, Sam and Agnes Millard.
Survivors include his son, Robby Millard; and sister, Sandra Winstead.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 12 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial in Cherry Hill Cemetery.
