NEWBURGH – Bobbie Allen Morton, 72, of Newburgh, died Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 3:45 p.m. at Cypress Grove Nursing and Rehab in Newburgh. Born January 15, 1951 in Evansville, he was a self-employed truck driver and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert-Barnard Morton, and Anna Morton; and brother, Jimmy Morton.
Survivors include his children, Penny Swiertz, Mary Morton, John Morton, and James Morton; brothers, Michael Morton, and Ronald Morton; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
