DRAKESBORO – Betty Jo Revlett, 86, of Drakesboro, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at her home. Born September 12, 1934, to the late Henry and Geneva Mitchell in Powderly, she retired from Bell Communications in Naperville, Ill. She was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvie Lee Revlett; daughters Connie Powlok, Sharon Saindon, Pamela Fullard, and Tricia Hamersly; and two grandsons.
Survivors include her daughters, Janet Rodeghero and Karen Bissonnette; grandchildren Morgan (Erik) Smith, Taylor Hamersly, Tammy Roades, Rachel Nickles, Jessica Burck, Aaron Coomer, and Josh Saindon; ten great-grandchildren; brothers James Mitchell and Jewell Mitchell and sister Jean Mullins.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Robert Lindsay officiating. Burial will follow in Union Chapel Cemetery.
