CENTRAL CITY – Belinda Kay Payne, age 66, of Central City, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026 at Heartford House in Owensboro, Kentucky. She was born on August 7, 1959 in Greenville, Kentucky, the daughter of William Shelby Davenport and Betty Jo Willett Davenport. In her earlier life, she attended Union Chapel Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 11:00AM at Coleman Cemetery, Central City, Kentucky, officiated by Rev. Tom Stovall. Gary’s Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Payne.
She is survived by her fiancé Timmy Matthews.
