BELTON – Barbara Ann Howard Hardison, 81, of Belton, KY, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:15AM at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. Ms. Hardison was born in the Daviess County Hospital in Owensboro, KY. She was a member of Browder Missionary Baptist Church. She was a Homemaker, wife, and mother. She loved serving the Lord as a children’s Sunday school teacher for many years. She loved her husband of 60 years, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to spoil her kids, grandkids and her house dog, Gabby. She also loved singing, growing flowers, and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Hardison; and her parents, Josephine and Tommy Howard.
She is survived by her children, Angela (Kevin) Collins, Stephanie (Phil) Cole; grandchildren, Bryce (Ashley Johnson) Carter, Brittany (Clay) Sullivan; great-grandchildren, Josie Sullivan, Phillip Sullivan; step-grandchildren, Eric Cole, Kayla (Nathan) Oberhausen, Kacey (Donnie) McClendon, Matt (Katlyn) Cole; 16 step-great-grandchildren; brother, Tim (Linda) Howard; sister, Sherry (Mike) Prather; brothers-in-law, Jerry Hardison, Melvin (Sandy) Hardison, Rex Hardison; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 2PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home with Dr. Ron Wells officiating, assisted by Pastor Jeremy Jessup. Burial in Union Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10AM-2PM at the funeral home. The family requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
