GRAHAM – Archie Junior Groves, 73, of Graham, died Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 11:09 p.m. at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Born February 25, 1951 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church and worked as a Plumbing Repairman. He enjoyed karaoke, time spent mowing the yard, traveling to the Smoky Mountains, and he had fun “aggravating” people. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eura and Annis Groves; son, Troy Groves; and siblings, Roy Groves, Gary Groves, Dee Groves, and Annie Mae Groves.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Rolley Groves; children, Brad (Kim) Groves, Kenny (Kelli Jo) Groves, and Ashley (Jeff) Smith; grandchildren, MaKenney (Ethan) Alsobrook, Lane Groves, Landon Groves, Kaleb Groves, Ethan Stanley, Emerson Stanley, Eastyn Groves, and Isabella Smith; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, Daniel Groves, S.T. Groves, Gerald Groves.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 12 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Ron Metheny officiating. Burial in Graham Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
