Alvin “Buck” Lee Buchanan, 47 of Dunmor, Kentucky died Sunday, March 28, 2021, at his home in Dunmor. Born Wednesday, May 2, 1973 in Russellville, the son of the late William Buchanan and the late Naomi Smith Saddler.
Survivors include his wife, Donna James Buchanan; sons, Samuel Buchanan, Dylan Buchanan and Seth Buchanan all of Greenville; daughters, Shelby Wells – (Noah) of Ellsworth Afb, S.D. and Caroline Buchanan of Greenville; half brother, Thomas Long of St. Louis, Mo. He was also an expectant grandfather, with his first grandchild due in October of this year.
Funeral services will be Friday April 2 at 1:00 p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, with Al Skinner officiating. Burial will be in Saddler-Buchanan Family Cemetery, Dunmor. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time on Friday, April 2, 2021, at Price Funeral Home, Inc. in Lewisburg.
