Grandview, Ind. – Franklin “Frank” D. Cottrell, 81, of Grandview, Ind. passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at his home. Born January 23, 1941 in Muhlenberg County to the late James and Dorothy (Reed) Cottrell. He was a United States Marine veteran and had been employed as a truck driver. He was deeply devoted to his Pentecostal faith. Frank enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and working at the warehouse. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his son, Kenny Wayne Cottrell and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Phyllis Cottrell; his children, Mary Tooley, Bonnie Cottrell, Lee Cottrell, Noble Cottrell, Carl Jones, and Curtis Jones; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, George Cottrell and Don Riley; and sister, Judy Embry.
