GREENVILLE – Christel H. Fix entered her heavenly home on August 23, 2026 in Graham, KY, following a brief illness. She was born on August 25, 1935. The daughter of Wilhelm Karl and Pauline Bottcher of Altena, Germany. She was a member of Lead Hill United Methodist Church in Weir, KY.
Christel was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 52 years, Kenneth Fix, and one brother, Horst Bottcher.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 27,2026 at Gary’s Funeral Home officiated by Bro. Steve Latham. Burial will be held in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie (Keith) Phillips of Greenville; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a brother- in-law, Mike; a special niece, Petra in Austria; and a special nephew, Phil in Virginia.
